PRINCETON, N.J. March 30, 2015 ? With the start of the ECHL postseason just weeks away, digital sports video agency SendtoNews is pleased to announce its coverage surrounding the 2015 ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Beginning the week of April 13th, SendtoNews will be distributing nightly game highlights for the 16 teams in the postseason, as well as weekly highlight compilations of the top plays, through its News Partnership Network? so that fans can access content via their favorite local news sites across North America.

"We are committed to providing our fans with more platforms to access our premium video content and highlights from around the League to supplement the excitement of live game action," said Ryan Crelin, Sr. Vice President of Business Operations for the ECHL. "Working with SendtoNews is the next big step in that process, and launching this program during the action packed Kelly Cup Playoffs is the perfect way to allow media outlets to showcase our on-ice product and unveil the future of ECHL content."

The 16 teams in the Kelly Cup Playoffs will be playing for the right to capture the Patrick J. Kelly Cup, which is named in recognition of Patrick J. Kelly, one of the founding fathers of the ECHL. Kelly served as Commissioner of the ECHL for the first eight seasons before being named Commissioner Emeritus in 1996, a title which he continues to hold. Each spring, Kelly presents the Cup bearing his name to the national champion of "AA" hockey.

"SendtoNews is pleased to add the ECHL to our roster of hockey content. Combined with our existing partnerships with the AHL, we now have the best minor pro hockey content available for digital and broadcast distribution in North America," Said SendtoNews Executive VP of Strategic Partnerships Philippe Guay.
