At SendtoNews Video Incorporated (referred to as “SendtoNews”, “we”, “us or “our”, below), we own and operate the SendtoNews.com website (the “Website”). We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy, and we support a general policy of openness about how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
This Privacy & Security Policy (the “Policy”) informs you how SendtoNews collects, uses and discloses the personal information that you provide to us through use of our Website and subscription to our services.

Account Creation and Service Delivery
When you sign up for an account with SendtoNews we ask for your full name, email address, employer, job title, telephone number, state/province, country, zip/postal code, and a password. We use this information to process and maintain your account request or facilitate the provision of other services you request from us.
For example, we use your email address and telephone number to answer inquiries that you send to us, and to communicate with you when necessary concerning the administration of your account and the processing of your requests. As these functions are necessary to the proper administration of your account and our related services, we do not offer an opt-out from providing your email address and telephone number for such communications.
We use your state/province, country, and zip/postal code information in order to ascertain your location and time zone, which allows us to provide information localized for your needs and interests.
Optionally, we also invite you to provide a street address, a website address, mobile telephone and facsimile numbers. We use this information to answer inquiries that you send to us, and to communicate with you when necessary. We also invite you to submit a corporate logo and / or a personal picture. However, you may elect not to provide any of this information if you would prefer not to do so.
Except as may be required by law or provided herein, we will not use this information for third party marketing or any other purpose.

As a SendtoNews user, you may receive email communications from us that inform you about new functionality or news about our site. You will only receive emails communication after giving consent to do so. You may opt-out of receiving such email communications by contacting us at email@example.com. When you visit the Website, cookies are placed within the memory of your internet access device. SendtoNews does not use any personal information while generating this information, nor does it relate any of this information to an individual member or user.

SendtoNews will not sell, license, trade or rent your personal information. SendtoNews will not otherwise disclose your personal information except as described below.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain your personal information, including contact, account and usage history for the period that you remain a user for the purposes described above, and following the termination or suspension of your subscription for such further periods as required by applicable laws or limitation periods and as necessary to allow us to guard against fraud. In the event you decide to suspend and then reactivate your subscription with SendtoNews, you may be prompted to confirm your personal information at that time if your personal information continues to be retained by SendtoNews for the purposes described above.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
SendtoNews uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorized access, misuse or theft. Only SendtoNews staff who have a legitimate business purpose for accessing the personal information collected by SendtoNews are authorized to do so. Unauthorized access to or use of personal information by anyone affiliated with SendtoNews is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.
